Section 41
Facilities, concessions and exemptions related to sick industries
Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the Government of Nepal shall impose duty on machinery tools or equipment imported for the expansion, restructuring or diversification of such industries by those identified as sick industries according to section 39 or classified according to section 40. , may grant full or partial exemption from duty or tax.
